New Parts

All new parts will be warranted against defects in material and workmanship under normal operating conditions. Warranty will extend to 90 days from date of sale.

Rebuilt Components

All rebuilt components will be warranted against defects in material and workmanship under normal operating conditions. Warranty will extend to 90 days from date of sale.

Used Parts

All used parts will be warranted to function properly under normal operating conditions. Warranty will extend to 90 days from date of sale.

Cleanliness

All new, rebuilt, and used parts and components leave our facilities clean. They are totally free of internal contamination. It is very important that they are installed onto or into an equally clean environment. Most premature failures occur as a result of contamination from a previous failure. These failures are not warranted. Please flush your system(s) as recommended by the equipment manufacturer before installing the replacement component.  It is equally important that proper start up procedures are followed to avoid unnecessary damage, due to cavitation, etc.  If you have any doubt, please consult a qualified technician. 

Conditions and Limitations

OEM Replacement Parts must be notified before filing a warranty claim. We reserve the right to examine all elements involved in the claim.
This warranty is extended exclusively and directly to customers of OEM Replacement parts. All other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are excluded.

Warranty will not apply to any products which have been abused, neglected, or altered.

Claims and Returns

OEM Replacement Parts should be notified before any products are returned or repaired. Failure to do so may make return unacceptable.

Credit Policy

All products will be sold on a C.O.D. basis until credit is established. Upon approval, all invoices will be due within 30 days of invoice date.

Freight Policy

All products will be shipped freight collect, F.O. B. Joshua, Texas.

If you ever have a problem with any product purchased from our company, we will do our very best to help solve the problem, regardless of warranty eligibility.  If the problem occurs outside of our warranty terms, there may be a charge, but we will always try our best to help our customers.
